Hi, I’m Liz and I know what it’s like to feel like crap.

I know how it can be working hard, in a demanding, stressful, physical environment. I’ve done trades work, worked on cars, and yard work. I’ve also worked long hours, sometimes 17-hour days. I can show you how to transform your body while being your best at work.

Life is too short and I want you to be alive and kickin’ for as long as possible!

I’m a National Board of Health and Wellness Coach, American College of Sports Medicine-Certified Personal Trainer, and National Academy of Sports Medicine-Certified Nutrition Coach.

With over twenty years of valuable experience working as an Exercise Physiologist and Health Coach, my passion is to help you reclaim your body but not deprive yourself either. Life is too short and I want you to stay feeling young as old as possible.

Ready to work with me? Let’s get started.

Meet the Coach: the 30 second round up

I’m a matter-of-fact person and my coaching style reflects that. I offer ‘un-fluffy’ and balanced solutions you can put into practice in your day-to-day life, without eating into all your free time.

You’re in good hands: I know how to take care of muscles that are repetitively used in manual industries, and how to reverse pain and inflammation so you can stay in the game

When I’m not working you’ll find me enjoying beach volleyball, surfing, listening to metal, fixing cars and of course, Green Bay Packer football.

Why did I put this program together for you?

I want to show blue collar workers how you can get better with age, overcome seemingly impossible challenges like chronic pain instead of slowly falling apart.

There are 3 reasons why I tailor my coaching program to working with blue collar workers —

First, a blue collar career requires a lot of physical strength and movement around a job site.

While this type of work does come with its own set of safety and health issues, with a few tune-ups you can feel great, stay pain free, and recover more quickly.

However, without a plan for handling the wear and tear of this kind of work, it’s way too easy to turn to overeating, overmedicating and over-drinking to ease the pain.

Second, blue collar pros are the backbone of this country.

When a hard worker faces health challenges, it can feel like their livelihood is slipping away from them. There’s a better way.

I want to provide practical solutions to help these folks keep working and stay in the game for long as they need and want too.

Third, blue collar workers are often surrounded by a culture of chronic pain and poor food choices.

This “way of life” steadily diminishes their energy and makes it hard to stay in this field long term or have energy for anything but crashing on the couch.

I’m here to show you that it does not have to be that way.

I promise, while getting older is inevitable, feeling old is preventable
