Details of Working Together

 

I’m excited that we could be working together! Please review the following policies, as it will make your experience feel much more fluid and it will help me foster excellent results for you. 

  1. Please note my office hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM Central Time, for the first three weeks of every month. If you call or email outside of those hours, I’ll promptly return your email/phone call on the next business day. The last week of every month will be R&R time for you (and me!). This will be an opportunity for you to practice integrating what you learned in your coaching calls.  You may absolutely email me during my R&R week, but I may be out of the office for periods of time.  

  2. Program Questions: All logistical questions about our coaching will be directed to me.

  3. Coaching Calls: All coaching calls will occur during the first three weeks of the month, beginning at 10am and no later than 7pm. To ensure you experience consistent momentum and steady progress, it is important for you to plan ahead and book yourself into my schedule (unless you have chosen a standing appointment time). You can reserve your private coaching appointments up to 8 weeks in advance. All of your program benefits, including private sessions expire at the end of your program, from your enrollment date, whether you use them or not. It is your responsibility to schedule your sessions within my convenient online schedule.

  4. Rescheduling Private Appointments: I want the very best experience for you. Please try not to reschedule our appointments. Any 24-hour notice of a cancellation may be rebooked within the same month as the original session or you will forfeit that appointment, provided there is availability. Missed appointments without prior cancellation may not be made up or rescheduled. If it’s an emergency, we’ll work around it. 

  5. Refunds: I am almost 100% positive that you are going to enjoy your experience in our coaching together. However, I understand that life happens and that you may choose to leave. 

    • There are no refunds after your first session/retreat, whether you implement the program or not. 

    • In the event of a serious emergency, I am happy to help, however please note, upon withdrawal from the program you will be charged the regular full rate of the coaching prorated for each month of the coaching you were present for. 

    • If you would like to leave the program, please do so in writing to EMAIL and I will confirm that I received your email. 

    • I cannot, what-so-ever provide any type of refund for 1) disappearing acts 2) not doing the work and 3) changing your mind about your direction and any number of mindset related issues that regularly come up when doing the work of focusing your message and marketing.   

  6. Some action steps will be required on your part. Implementing what you learn and allowing yourself to think differently is the key to your success. For our work together to have the desired impact, your action steps need to be completed within our outlined program time frame.

  7. Extra Time via Private Email, Emergency “Bat Call” and Check-ins: I absolutely invite you to email/text me your insights, breakthroughs, and questions between our scheduled coaching calls if you need a quick strategy, have a problem or can’t wait to share a success with me.  (I love hearing your successes!) I enjoy providing this extra service and do not bill for additional time of this type for my private clients. If you need an emergency “Bat Call”, just text me at 262-994-5944. I ask that we keep these “check-ins” to 10 minutes, and up to one per month. 

  8. Feedback and Testimonial Requests: And finally, if you like what we do together, I will request feedback in the form of a testimonial near the end of our work together. Though you are welcome to send me an update at any time you experience a breakthrough. I love receiving those!
